All invoices for services provided by BMA Business Solutions GmbH must be paid in full within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date. This includes any bank charges incurred during the transaction.
Late Payment Fees:
Any delay in payment will be subject to a late fee of 50 CHF per week for invoices up to 3,000 CHF, and 100 CHF per week for invoices exceeding 3,000 CHF.
5. Service Orders and Refunds
Prepayment:
Clients are required to make a prepayment of at least 10% of the total cost for any service order placed with BMA Business Solutions GmbH.
Cancellation Policy:
If a client cancels a service request after a prepayment has been made, the prepayment will be retained by BMA Business Solutions GmbH as compensation for work already completed or administrative costs incurred.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
BMA Business Solutions GmbH reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes to these Terms on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
