Services and Professional Fees

A Clear Three-Step Process for International Bank Account Opening

We first review whether your case appears eligible. You then pay for the required KYC preparation before the work begins. The separate bank introduction fee is payable only after the account has been successfully opened.

Eligibility review: free KYC preparation: 100% prepaid Introduction fee: paid after successful opening

How It Works

Three Clear Steps

Preparation and bank introduction are separate services. This keeps the fees transparent and allows you to retain and use the prepared KYC documentation independently.

We assess the main facts of your profile and determine whether your case appears suitable for the banking routes within our scope.

  • citizenships and residence;
  • tax residence;
  • occupation or business activity;
  • source of funds and wealth;
  • required account type;
  • expected deposit and account activity.

No payment is required for the initial review.

  • banking-route selection;
  • targeted introduction;
  • application coordination;
  • support with compliance questions;
  • administrative follow-up;

100% Prepaid Service

KYC Preparation and Wealth Review

From CHF 250

Standard fee CHF 1,000

Payment condition: the agreed KYC preparation fee must be paid in full before document review and preparation begin.

KYC preparation creates a structured explanation of who the client is, where the money comes from, how the wider wealth was created and how the proposed account will be used.

The fee depends on the number of people, entities, jurisdictions, wealth sources and compliance issues that must be reviewed.

The agreed scope may include:

  • identity, citizenship and residence review;
  • tax-residence information;
  • source-of-funds explanation;
  • source-of-wealth chronology;
  • employment or business profile;
  • company ownership and control mapping;
  • expected transaction profile;
  • connected-country analysis;
  • document-gap review;
  • structured KYC profile;
  • wealth tracing report where required.

Lower Higher
  1. Salaried private client 25
  2. Established business owner 45
  3. International operating company 65
  4. Multiple entities and residences 82
  5. Trust, foundation or PEP case 100

KYC payment and refund conditions

KYC preparation requires 100% prepayment. The fee becomes non-refundable once substantive document review, analysis or drafting has started.

A case may be re-priced where previously undisclosed entities, jurisdictions, wealth sources or compliance issues materially increase the agreed scope.

Success-Based Bank Introduction

Private Client Bank Introduction

From CHF 1,000

Payment condition: the private-client introduction fee is payable only after the bank has successfully opened the account.

The introduction service is available after the required KYC preparation has been completed.

We identify a suitable banking route, introduce the prepared case and support the client through the onboarding process.

The service may include:

  • banking-route selection;
  • review of the proposed relationship;
  • one targeted bank introduction;
  • application coordination;
  • support with bank questions;
  • administrative follow-up until a decision.

  • no substantial sanctions, PEP or adverse-media issues arise.

  • Ukraine;
  • Latin America;

  • countries under increased AML monitoring;
  • higher-risk business sectors;
  • sensitive transaction corridors;

Non-Operating Structures

Corporate Accounts for Holdings, Trusts and Foundations

CHF 5,000

This service is intended for holding companies, investment structures, trusts, foundations and other non-operating entities requiring an appropriate banking relationship.

The service is individually assessed because the institution must understand the ownership, controlling persons, beneficiaries, underlying assets and economic purpose of the structure.

The exact payment schedule and any additional KYC preparation are confirmed in the written engagement.

The service may include:

  • structure eligibility review;
  • settlor, founder, trustee or council review;
  • beneficiary and controlling-person analysis;
  • ownership and control mapping;
  • economic-purpose explanation;
  • underlying-asset review;
  • banking-route selection;
  • one targeted institutional introduction;
  • onboarding coordination.
More complex structures, politically exposed persons, layered ownership or multiple jurisdictions may require a separate enhanced KYC quotation.

Operating Businesses

Corporate Accounts for Commercial Activity

From CHF 12,500

This service is intended for operating companies with commercial customers, suppliers, turnover and ongoing payment activity.

Operating-company onboarding normally requires detailed analysis of the business model, products, markets, contracts, counterparties, payment destinations and expected transaction volumes.

The final fee and payment schedule are individually quoted after the company, ownership structure and expected account activity have been reviewed.

The service may include:

  • corporate eligibility assessment;
  • shareholder, director and UBO review;
  • ownership and control mapping;
  • business-model description;
  • product and service analysis;
  • customer and supplier overview;
  • contract and invoice review;
  • turnover and transaction-flow preparation;
  • banking-route selection;
  • institutional introduction;
  • onboarding coordination.
Why does commercial account opening cost more?

An operating company normally creates more compliance work than a private account or passive holding structure.

The bank must understand the commercial purpose, customers, suppliers, transaction countries, currencies, turnover, ownership and the source of business funds.
