Important Legal Notice

BMA Business Solutions GmbH is a private consulting company registered in Switzerland. It is not regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and does not hold any licence or authorisation to act as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, asset manager, or any other category of regulated financial service provider under Swiss law or any other applicable legislation.

The company does not solicit, promote, or market any financial products or services. All individuals who contact BMA Business Solutions GmbH do so of their own free will and on their own initiative.


1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “User”) and BMA Business Solutions GmbH, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, with registered offices at Saegenstrasse 22, 7000 Chur, Switzerland (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • Acceptance: By accessing www.easyglobalbanking.com (the “Website”) or engaging with the Company via telephone, email, social media, or in-person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
  • Termination of Use: If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of the Website and refrain from engaging with the Company.
  • Local Restrictions: If the content of this Website conflicts with the laws of your country of domicile, residence, or citizenship, you are solely responsible for compliance and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services and Regulatory Status

2.1 Consulting Services Only

BMA Business Solutions GmbH provides general business consulting services exclusively. The Company does not provide regulated financial services, including but not limited to:

  • Investment advice or recommendations.
  • Portfolio or asset management.
  • Financial intermediation or brokerage.
  • Banking services or payment processing.
  • Collective investment scheme management.
  • Insurance advice or distribution.
  • Credit brokering or lending services.

2.2 No Regulatory Authorisation

The Company is not supervised, licensed, or authorised by FINMA or any other financial regulatory body in Switzerland or any other jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms or communications shall be interpreted as regulated financial services or a financial advisory relationship.

Notice: Any information provided is of a general informational and administrative nature only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2.3 Client-Initiated Engagement

The Company does not proactively solicit, market, or promote its services. Every engagement is made exclusively on the Client’s own initiative and independent decision. The Company does not target or pursue prospective clients and accepts no responsibility for misinterpretation of its services.

2.4 No Promotion of Financial Products

The Company does not endorse or promote any specific bank, financial institution, investment product, security, fund, or instrument. References to third-party institutions are for general information only and do not constitute a recommendation or referral.


3. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Visitors and users acknowledge that:

  • They access the Website and engage the Company entirely at their own risk.
  • They are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice (legal, financial, tax) before making decisions.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the Website or reliance on provided information.
  • The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 General Payment Obligations

All invoices must be settled in full within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date. The Client is responsible for all bank fees, currency conversion charges, and transactional costs.

4.2 Application Review and KYC Prepayment

  • Amount: CHF 1,000 (one thousand Swiss Francs).
  • Timing: Due immediately upon confirmation of engagement, prior to any application review or KYC preparation.
  • Nature: This is a non-refundable administrative fee for onboarding and compliance coordination.

4.3 Late Payment

Failure to settle invoices within the stipulated period results in automatic late fees:

The Company reserves the right to suspend services and pursue legal recovery for unpaid amounts.


5. Service Orders, Prepayments, and Cancellations

5.1 Service Prepayment

In addition to the KYC fee, a prepayment of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total agreed service fee is required before substantive consulting work begins. This is applied against the final invoice.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

If a Client cancels after a prepayment is made, the Company retains the full prepayment amount as compensation for resources and opportunity costs.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances following cancellation.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to one@bma-solutions.ch and take effect only upon written acknowledgement by the Company.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Mutual Confidentiality: All exchanged information is strictly confidential. Disclosure to third parties only occurs if required by law or with prior written consent.
  • Intellectual Property: Proprietary methodologies, templates, or know-how provided by the Company remain the property of BMA Business Solutions GmbH and may not be reproduced or distributed without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & External Content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Website Usage: The use of, or the inability to use, the Website or its services.
  • Information Accuracy: Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials provided by the Company.
  • Third-Party Actions: The conduct, errors, or omissions of third-party banks, financial institutions, or service providers.
  • Force Majeure: Delays, failures, or interruptions resulting from causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Website may contain links to external websites and third-party advertisements. Please be advised:

  • Independent Content: These external sites are not owned or controlled by the Company. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Liability Cap

In no event shall the Company’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or related to these Terms exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: Exclusively the substantive laws of Switzerland.
  • Amicable Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days.
  • Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Chur, Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Amendments: The Company may update these Terms at its discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Entire Agreement: these Terms (and any signed service agreements) supersede all prior representations or agreements.
